- Kerewan Area Council construct public toilets at markets, car parks and Lumos (weekly markets)
- Barra market and Car park has a public toilets and a caretaker
- Farafenni market has a toilet and Kuar junction also has a toilet all managed by Council.
- There are 7 Lumos in the region all are provided with toilets and wash stations with a water tank capacity of 1000 litres
