Kerewan Area Council led by Sainabou Martin Sonko participates at the Bloomberg Cities Idea Exchange Study Tour on Shipping Container Shelters in Cape Town, South Africa from the 21st to 24th April 2026 sponsored by Bloomberg Philanthropists.
The Conference has drawn participants from across Africa and city planners, designers, architects, engineers and development experts from the United States and South Africa to enable local government officials to learn about the successful, adoptable innovations and provide them with the technical , operational and financial support to implement/replicate shipping container shelters in our various cities.
